This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions between Ephesusporttours.com and the guests who book Ephesus Private Tour by Ephesus Port Tours.This agreement explains how the guest purchases Ephesus Tours and travel services and specifically limits of Ephesus Port Tours liability

Ephesus Tour Reservation

The guest has to fill out the enquiry form and send to Ephesus Port Tours . The agency will send an e-mail to guest ( in max 12 hours ) with all details about Ephesus Tours. After guest’s confirmation the company will send all meeting details and confirmation form. It is important for the guest to check the details on the Ephesus Tour Booking Confirmation as soon as received it. In the event of any discrepancy , the guest has to contact to company. Ephesus Tour Booking will be successfully completed only when the guest receives an e-mail from company with as subject “ Tour Confirmation”.

Payment, Prices

The rates of Ephesus Port Tours have to be intended per party, not per person. All payments will be settled at the end of Ephesus Tour according to quoted rates. Ephesus Tour Company accepts only cash payments in Euro or US Dollars.

Cancellation Policy

There is no any penalty / payment if the guest cancels the Ephesus Tour Booking by e-mail at least 1 week ( 7 days) before the date of the requested service.

The Ephesus Tour Company recommends the guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance before departure.
